Seems as we age, this sort of thing happens more and more. Were it not for the Lord in our lives, it would be incredibly more disheartening than it is. Praise His name; we know we will all be together again when the day is done and it's time to hang up our gear, put the horses to bed and head for that wonderful ranch house where Jesus will sit at the head of the table, and we will be deeply privileged to be there with him.
